The rigid steel constructed spring dampened tow bar is ideal for safely towing cars and vans upto 2000 kgs (roughly 2 tons). It is a much safer way of towing instead of using a tow rope - the fixed pole helps to prevent the vehicles from colliding into each other, perfect if the vehicle being towed suffers from braking problems. The tow bar features a damper spring which helps to smooth out the jerks from acceleration and braking. The tow bar is constructed from high quality heavy duty steel and conforms to GS TUV approved standards. The tow bars is supplied with a convenient storage and carry case so that you can always keep it in your car in case of an emergency. The bar is fitted with extremely secure hooks on either end which can twist through 90° to adapt to different towing eyes and situations.
