All delivery times quoted are for working days which exclude Saturday, Sunday and any Public Holidays. Delivery times quoted are for guidance only and all shipments are governed by the Terms & Conditions of the relevant carrier. No claim for liability or consequential loss can be accepted against the late delivery of a parcel.

We're committed to selling high-quality products which we hope you'll enjoy using. There may however be an occasion when you may need to return your purchase. In the event you do wish to return a product, please visit customerreturns.co.uk to ensure your return is dealt with in the best possible way.

Please note: DO NOT return the faulty product (on your own accord) and then request a refund of the postage, as doing this will make the return and refund invalid. Please allow 14 days for any refund issued to be shown in your account.
 
I do not wish to keep my item – It is not faulty…
Should you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item within 14 days of delivery, please notify us by visiting customerreturns.co.uk and submitting a ‘RMA’ request.

We are happy to refund most items, providing the product is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories.
Please Note: In this event you are responsible for the safe storage and return of the items at your own cost and risk.

My item has developed a fault within 30 days of delivery…
If your item develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, please notify us by visiting customerreturns.co.uk and submitting a ‘RMA’ request. If an item is needing to be returned due to being faulty within 30 days of delivery, we will send you a pre-paid postage label at our expense.

Please note: All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, failing to do so will make the return and refund invalid.
Subject to inspection & confirmation of the item being faulty, we will offer a full refund including postage costs. The refund will be actioned once the original product has been received back to our returns department for assessment and verification of the fault.

Items returned to us via our pre-paid label will take between 7-14 days to be delivered back to us for assessment.

The fault has developed after 30 days but within 12 months of delivery…
If your item develops a fault after 30 days but within 12 months of delivery, please notify us by visiting customerreturns.co.uk and submitting a ‘RMA’ request. If an item is needing to be returned due to being faulty after 30 days but within 12 months of delivery you are responsible for the safe storage and return of the items at your own cost and risk.

Subject to inspection & confirmation of being faulty the product will be sent to our technicians for repair. If a repair is not possible, we will offer a refund including postage costs. The 12 month warranty starts from the date of the original purchase.

Please note: If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
