After reading the negative reviews, I thought I'd take the plunge and order one of these knee kickers anyway. That was a mistake. Most, if not all of the negative reviews are correct in what they say.The build quality is terrible. The screws that hold the pad in place come loose after very little use.The spikes/teeth are held in by plastic and immediately break after one bash. I lost 3 of the spikes after the first hit and bits of the plastic that held them in were all over the floor.The regular, unadjustable teeth damage the carpet if not used carefully. That's less of a complaint and more advice for anyone wanting to buy one of these.I did, however, manage to lay 2 carpets using this.If I need to buy another knee kicker I would not purchase this one, or any from any company related to this one. There seem to be a fair few clones of this particular model and all have the same issues.You get what you pay for which, in this case isn't much.
