    I purchased two of these 9" fans they arrived on time, and looked impressive but are a little on the small side, also one of them was a little on the noisy and vibrating side and on hard floors it was sliding around 360 degrees due to its unbalance, I checked the blades and found one ( 1 ) was out by 8mm causing the vibration. I am now retired but have been a keen DIY all my working life and spotted the problem and dismantled it and corrected the maladjusted blade and it is now working perfectly. Hence the three stars.
