    Delivery was prompt. The assembly of the frame of the cage was easily done but the netting provided was not long enough to fit per the instructions provided.Contacted the supplier and response was prompt advising that item should be returned for refund, together with free return label. Item was returned and presently awaiting the refund.As the size of the cage fitted my requirements ordered another one in the hope that the size of netting would be correct. However the netting was again too short to fit the frame and responded to supplier. This time no response received.Due to need to protect fruit have decided not to return but have purchased extra netting to fit the frame.However it does seem that the netting provided with the frame is not the correct size so other purchasers should be aware of this problem with an otherwise good product.
