    Even at its lowest setting it can create a big breeze, however this comes at the price of noise, at 1 meter distance it measure around 70db (Street volume) and settings 2&3 are 80db. If you plan to used this while watching TV then you will definitely need to up the volume and during sleep you can move the fan further way to reduce noise or wear noise cancelling headphone. Looking at all the other fans that have this design leads me to think that they are all made in the same factory , same blades and settings box, only difference is the manufacturers logo.
