    Negitives: I found the instructions absolutely impossible too make head or tail of, thankfully its pretty self explainitory with a bit of imagination and common sense, I still have no idea how the part that attatches the hooks too the product too hook over the door fits on. The parts you have too snap togther at the sides that work as the frame are very tight fitting and require force but do fit. The poles pop out of the holes all the time, very frustrating. You can't put certain sizes of shoes, is heels above other heels. Its like tetrous.Positives: it holds ALOT of shoes of different sizes and saves a lot of space. Overall, I'd pick a better, more sturdier product, with easier, more detailed instructions. Its worth paying more money.
