    We were without hot water for a few days while a new system was installed and this filled the gap very well. Sat on the kitchen worktop next to the sink and by not using the drip tray, the urn tap overhung the sink just like a normal tap.It does not have a control to select different temperatures but for our purpose was not needed as we wanted as much hot water as possible and added cold water as required. The switching off thermostat once at boiling sometimes took a little time to cut in but as long as the lid is firmly on it worked fine. Would not want to leave it on if going out or overnight. Would buy again.
